CHRISTIAN SIRIANO SHOW AT BRYANT PARK

CHRISTIAN SIRIANO IS AN AMAZING DESIGNER AND I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING HIS WORK SINCE PROJECT RUNWAY, SO YOUNG AND INCREDIBLY TALENTED. THIS SHOW REALLY TELLS A STORY ABOUT HIM GROWING AS A DESIGNER, HE STILL INCLUDES AVANT GARDE PIECES IN HIS COLLECTION BUT IS SHOWING A LOT OF READY TO WEAR RETAIL CONCENTRATED GARMENTS. CHRISTIAN IS A FORMER INTERN OF THE RECENTLY PASSED DESIGNER ALEXANDER McQUEEN, AND HIS INFLUENCE ON CHRISTIAN IS EVIDENT ESPECIALLY IN THE SHOES PRESENTED IN THIS SHOW.

THE BEGINNING

JORDANA (Project Runway) we spoke after the show and she agrees Christian is designing more consumer friendly garments.

Great MCM setup

Crowd waiting and trying to get into the show

On your mark, get ready, set...

GO!!

Nirvana

Alexander McQueen influence (my opinion)

The Show Stopper

Wow

After the smoke clears

I thought about it, but it was 4 in the afternoon and that is midtown. Gloria would love that gown for Valentine's Day.
